MaxLinear XR46004-Q AEC-Q100 LED Lighting Drivers
MaxLinear XR46004-Q AEC-Q100 LED Lighting Drivers are high voltage, low dropout current regulators with up to 600mA output current. These XR46004-Q LED drivers are automotive AEC-Q100, qualified adjustable current regulators. Features include adjustable output current, flexible light intensity control, fast response output stage enable control, and external resistor with RSET. The XR46004-Q LED drivers are available in a TO-252-5L green package providing thermal protection functions. These XR46004-Q LED drivers offer high output sustaining voltage up to 75V with wide supply voltage range. The XR46004-Q drivers operate at -40°C to 150°C temperature range and regulate current from 40mA to 104mA current range.
The XR46004-Q LED lighting drivers are also potential Three Terminal Current Controller (TTCC). These XR46004-Q LED drivers offers a wide range of LED forward voltage with high power factor and low THD performance. The XR46004-Q LED drivers are high-efficient and have low dropout voltage.
